2. Appreciate who they are. While what your team does is important, it's vital that you recognize and value who they are above all else. Take some time to appreciate who they are at their core, such as their trustworthiness, their patience, or their kindness.
3. Ask how you can help. Another way to show your team that you're thankful for them is by asking how you can help. This helps them know that you understand and appreciate their efforts, and are rooting for them.
