3 Ways to Create a Healthy Work Culture

Over the course of a lifetime, most people will spend 90,000 hours working. That's a huge part of our lives! So how can we make the most of these 90,000 hours? Check out these 3 ways to create a healthy work culture.

1. Ask Questions. When you ask questions of your coworkers, it shows that you care. It can be as simple as asking how they're doing, how they spent their weekend, what their family has been up to lately. Then when things get tough or stressful, it can be as intentional as asking how you can pray for them, how you can support them, or how you can encourage them.

2. Recognize Wins. We all have wins and opportunities in the workplace. Some days we do well and some days we make mistakes. So on the days you see your team winning, be sure to recognize them. Be specific in how you saw them succeed and be quick to cheer them on.

3. Encourage Opportunities. In the same way, it's important to encourage coworkers when there are mistakes. Come alongside them and help them realize that mistakes are only opportunities to do better in the future.
