Will they fit well in this company? Next, it’s important to evaluate if they will fit into your company. To avoid a high overturn rate, be sure that this applicant understands the functionality of the entire company at large - and is ready to invest in the company’s mission and goals.
Will they fit well in this culture? And finally, you’ll want to know if this applicant fits well into the culture. This is the most important aspect of an applicant, yet easily overlooked. Ask yourself, does this person share our same values and work ethic? Are they passionate about the things your team is passionate about?
