Pamela Coleman

At just 9 years old, Pamela remembers being a young girl and helping her mom with accounting for their family business in Guatemala. After High School, she went on to earn a Degree in Business Administration and a Degree in Accounting.  

Pamela shares, "I believe that accounting is the heartbeat of every business. That's why I'm so passionate about doing it right." She recalls helping some family and friends to start and organize their businesses and assisting them with their accounting. Guiding them and then watching them grow in their success has been super fulfilling for her!

Pamela now brings that same excellence, persistence, and loyalty to the Weber CPA team.  She speaks English and Spanish fluently, and has deep knowledge in non-profit, construction and cost accounting. 

Outside of work, she enjoys reading and spending time with her two daughters, Isabella and Sofia.
